Since 1985, we have grown organically with no investor finance into a full scale, property investment, development and management company operating across various industries both in the UK and Portugal.

Many of our employees, contractors and tenants have been a part of our journey for 15+ years due largely in part to 1 key value: we treat all people equally. Omar Pabani

Chief Executive Officer

Omar is the CEO of Alico having taken over in 2016. He started his career as a management consultant working for one of the largest consulting firms in the world. Omar has led the growth of Alico over the last 8 years consistently achieving double digit growth across both asset and rental values. He is now overseeing the expansion of the company in to the European markets.Omar holds a BA (Hons) in Finance, Accounting & Management and is a British & Canadian Citizen.

Amin Pabani

Consultant

Amin is the Founder of Alico and now acts as a Consultant. He has 50 years of real estate investment experience guiding Alico from a small high street estate agency in to a fully fledged property investment company. Amin was previously a Real Estate agent in Canada, where he earned multiple awards for top salesperson. He has an extensive track record in real estate, having been involved in every stage of the property lifecycle.Amin holds a BSc (Hons) in Law and is a British & Canadian Citizen. He is now a resident of Portugal.
