1985
Alico Estates Agents founded by our Non-Executive Director, Amin F Pabani
1992-2005
Alico builds an extensive track record in the UK mixed use sector, acquiring several parades totalling in excess of £15m
2006
Alico acquires their first office building in the UK as they push to make a move in to the office sector
2016
Our CEO, Omar Pabani, takes over Alico with ambitious growth plans
2018
Alico completes their 2nd Residential Development utilising cash funds
2019-present
Alico expands in to the Portuguese market securing, residential blocks and land in excess of 65 Acres
